Rairdon Auto Group has an immediate opening at our Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland store for an entry level Vehicle Photographer! This is a full-time position with benefits and is a great way to launch an exciting career in the automotive space.
Photographer Job Responsibilities:
- Capture vehicle images with company provided equipment.
- Create content with an exceptional range of quality.
- Maintain open communication with sales management.
- Collaborate with reconditioning and sales teams.
- Drive towards continuous improvement.
- Keep equipment organized and maintained.
- Oversee quality standards, lighting technique, and image quality.
$17.00 per hour plus a per unit/piecework rate of $3.50 - $6.25 per unit based on tier structure.
Photographer Qualifications / Skills:
- Basic comprehension of photography and its processes
- Strong communication skills
- Maintain high standards professionally and personally
- Strong work ethic and timeliness
- Ability to work and move in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in the elements as this is a position spent outdoors
Experience and Licensing Requirements:
- Previous photography experience is a plus
- Vehicle product knowledge
- Familiarity with iPad and iOS systems
- Clean drivers abstract

Paid Time Off:
- All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
- Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.
