MARS Builder Solutions is growing our Residential Installation team! We are hiring experienced Residential Solar Installers to support new construction and residential solar projects throughout the Inland Empire, CA area.

Projects include single-family homes, multi-family communities, and apartment developments. Job site locations may vary based on active projects.

What You’ll Do

• Install solar attachments, racking, modules, inverters, conduit, and electrical equipment
• Complete rough and finish electrical work for residential PV systems
• Perform roof layout measurements and panel placement
• Seal and weatherproof roof penetrations
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and fall protection standards
• Maintain quality workmanship and professional conduct on job sites

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential solar installation experience REQUIRED
• Experience with new construction and/or retrofit solar installations
• Basic understanding of PV systems, electrical components, and conduit installation
• Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and active construction sites
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• OSHA 10/30 or solar certifications preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR required (company vehicle provided)
