Position Summary
- Interact with customers, perform minor service to solar installs, planning and preparation of paperwork, materials, tools for upcoming inspections. Typically a M-F schedule
Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning and preparation of paperwork, tools and materials required for all appointed, upcoming inspections.
- Troubleshoots and repairs installation violations pertaining to inspection failure reasons.
- Responds to service calls and permitting pick-ups if needed.
- Performs minor services related to solar installations.
- Ensures jobsite cleanliness during completion of inspection process.
- Interacts with customer while at worksite.
- Provides clear instructions and details when documenting/reporting inspection results.
- Updates daily results on company CRM and databases.
- Practices safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history.
- Must have professional experience working outdoors and at heights.
- Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to work professionally with homeowners and team members
- Foster a positive and safe working environment through exemplary behavior and attitude.
- Must be willing to get OSHA certified (paid for by the company).
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to diagnose and repair deficiencies in solar products while in the field.
