You will lead the solar sales operation for a company based in Orlando, playing a key role in team growth and revenue expansion.
Lead, train, and manage a door-to-door solar sales team
Develop strategies to improve performance and conversion rates
Track KPIs, team performance, and sales metrics
Actively participate in sales and closing deals
Recruit and scale the local sales team
Ensure excellence in customer approach and experience
Requirements
Proven experience in solar sales
Strong experience with door-to-door (D2D) sales
Previous experience leading sales teams
Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Spanish is a strong plus
Must be based in Orlando, FL
