Product Photographer
GIBSONGibson, the iconic guitar brand that has shaped music history for generations, is seeking a talented Product Photographer to join our Nashville G-Ops team. This role creates high-end studio imagery that showcases Gibson’s guitars, accessories, apparel, and merchandise. Regular on-site attendance at our Nashville Studio is required.
Working in a structured, high-volume studio, you will produce consistent, accurate, and compelling imagery for e-commerce and marketing channels. The work ranges from detailed catalog images to product-led lifestyle scenes, using sets, props, composition, and styling to place each item in an aspirational context. The work remains centered on the merchandise rather than artist-focused shoots. Every image should contribute to a best-in-class customer experience.
Main Duties
- Photography Execution: Capture high-quality product and product-led lifestyle images, including guitars, accessories, apparel, merchandise, flat lays, and styled in-studio scenes.
- Enthusiasm and Team Collaboration: Embrace challenges with a positive, solutions-focused mindset while supporting team quality, efficiency, and exceptional results.
- Creative Alignment: Partner with the Marketing team to ensure product and lifestyle visuals reflect Gibson’s brand standards.
- Integration: Coordinate with G-OPS and Marketing teams to incorporate imagery into production and campaign workflows.
- Consistency: Ensure all images meet high-quality standards in lighting, composition, color, styling, and product accuracy.
- Workflow: Follow studio processes to meet deadlines and sustain productivity in image capture.
- Production Focus: Operate within a structured, production-focused photography setting where efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail are key to meet the high-volume demands.
- Innovation: Research and propose product and lifestyle photography techniques, set concepts, and trends that keep the studio at the forefront of the industry.
- Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate a commitment to improving skills and processes each day, continuously enhancing the quality and efficiency of work to meet evolving standards.
