VaxCare’s RCM Team is focused on maximizing partner payments by collecting information, knowledge and money. We research claims, analyze denials and solve problems while adding value to VaxCare’s bottom line. As a result, we play an important part in the company’s rapid growth!

We are searching for someone who is passionate about collecting good data and problem solving.  In this role, the ideal candidate will analyze data and mitigate our Partner’s financial risk.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

• Mapping of insurances between Partner EMRs and VaxCare’s system
• Evaluate the mix of payers and payment types for new Partners prior to Go-Live
• Use SQL queries and Excel to pull and analyze Partner data
• Analyze trends within Partner data and provide summary reporting with insights
• Work cross-team to resolve issues that present in Partner data
  
  

QUALITIES OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE 

• Strong Excel skills
• SQL Experience preferred
• Analytical with strong problem solving skills and ability to derive insights from data
• Clear communication
• Self motivated – ability to jump in where help is needed
• Detail oriented and focused – pays attention to details and checks their work for quality
• Critical thinker – ability to brainstorm possible solutions with limited direction
• Good judgement – ability to make quick decisions based on available data
