  • Source, brief, and manage contracted photographers, social media agency, videographers, drone operators, editors, and stylists as needed for each property and shoot type
  • Manage pre-production logistics including shot lists, mood boards, talent coordination, prop and wardrobe sourcing, and property access scheduling
  • Oversee all post-production: editing, color grading, retouching, file delivery, and archiving

Content Library & Asset Management

  • Build, organize, and continuously refresh a centralized, portfolio-wide content library that ensures every property has a current, on-brand bank of photography and video assets ready for use
  • Establish naming conventions, tagging systems, and usage rights tracking so assets are accessible and compliant across teams
  • Prioritize content shoots based on current gaps, upcoming campaign needs, and seasonal opportunities — proactively planning six to twelve months ahead

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with property marketing teams, the social media agency, PR agency, and corporate marketing to ensure visual content is available, on-brand, and channel-ready
  • Brief and supply assets to support paid media, website updates, editorial features, sales collateral, and investor presentations
  • Partner with the Creative Services Manager to align on property-level content shoots and asset delivery

  • Experience managing content shoots end-to-end, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production delivery
  • Ability and enthusiasm to travel regularly (estimated 30–50% of time)
  • Experience working in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, or a multi-property brand environmen
  • Experience with digital asset management (DAM) platforms
  • Strong network of freelance talent — photographers, videographers, stylists, editors — across key markets
