Land Surveyor/AutoCAD Civil 3D Designer

Position Experience Needed:

• High School Graduate, AA Degree
• 5 plus years minimum experience
• 5 plus years of drafting experience in Surveying (LiDAR, drones, GPS, total stations, 3D laser scanner) (surveying equipment: Trimble, Carlson), AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Drone Operator
• Drone mapping . Experience in creating accurate to scale aerial photograph of a facility
• Concrete experience (repairs, paving, grading), concrete testing a plus
• Candidate must have the ability to retrieve field data, measurements, and other information to produce drawings for structures, assemblies, site plans, and Utilities in AutoCAD format.
• Knowledge in the use of Total Station robotic instrument use to collect topographic data, produce drawings, and perform site layouts a plus but not required.
• Underground utilities

• Must be willing to travel. 90%

Responsibilities

• Assist CM and Roving construction in retrieving field data and performing site, building surveys
• Produce drawings from field recovered data and surveys under the direction of the CM.
• Maintain updated network filing systems for all drawings produced.
• Edit construction plans to produce as-built drawings for all projects upon completion.
• Produce and bind drawing sets for RFQ process when needed.

Pay range: $75,000-$88,000 Depending on Experience.
