The Land Surveyor will be responsible for preparing survey plats and maps, including boundary surveys, as-built surveys, topographic surveys, utility route surveys, and maps that meet current survey requirements. Responsibilities will also include individual project management, courthouse research, construction staking calculations, and occasional fieldwork.

This is a Temp to possible perm role that will be required to be fully onsite.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of three years of experience in land surveying
• Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Microstation programs for creating and managing survey data, platting, and mapping 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to represent the company to clients, municipal agencies, and other stakeholders
• Experience with topography, boundary surveys, and Utility surveying
