Director, Illinois Solar for All
The Illinois Solar for All Program (ILSFA), directed by the Illinois Power Agency and administered by Elevate, aims to deliver the benefits of solar and the clean energy economy to income-eligible and environmental justice communities across Illinois. The Deputy Director, ILSFA is a critical leadership role supporting the Director, ILSFA in the administration and implementation of the ILSFA program. This includes overseeing all internal and external functions to facilitate program delivery. The Deputy Director, ILSFA acts as backup to the Director, ILSFA as needed as the main point of accountability for the Illinois Power Agency (IPA) and communicates with internal and external stakeholders, including the Adjustable Block Program Administrator. The Deputy Director, ILSFA works closely with the Director, ILSFA with all facets of program implementation, including managing deliverables and timelines, strategic planning, budget management, and continuous improvement. This position requires strong project management and program administration knowledge, people management expertise, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively between a diverse set of tasks and teams.
The Deputy Director, ILSFA reports directly to the Director, ILSFA. This position is located in Chicago, Illinois and is currently remote.

Compensation
The total compensation for this position includes health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.), defined contribution benefit (401k with contribution), professional development, generous paid time off policies, and a flexible schedule. This is an exempt individual contributor position with a salary range of $105,000 - $125,000, based on experience.
