Experience Roseburg is looking for a dynamic Destination Marketing Manager to lead our tourism marketing efforts, build stakeholder partnerships, and elevate the region as a premier travel destination. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement creative tourism marketing campaigns
   
• Manage brand identity and digital channels (website/social media)
   
• Coordinate special events and visitor center operations
   
• Engage with stakeholders and promote community partnerships
   
• Oversee elements of the lodging tax budget and reporting
   
• Be the local expert and ambassador for Roseburg tourism

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in marketing, tourism, or related field
   
• 3+ years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing
   
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
   
• A passion for community, creativity, and collaboration
   
• Familiarity with Oregon tourism a plus
