Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for interdepartmental communication, project management, and attention to detail are required to deliver flawless, high-touch experiences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and groups, overseeing all aspects of their experience and itinerary from initial planning to on-site execution.
  • Conduct and support leisure and social focused site visits, including pop-up site visits for family reunions or when sales team members are unavailable due to scheduling conflicts.
  • Plan, support, and execute group site visits, FAM trips, and customer events with precision and attention to guest experience.
  • Refine communication channels between the sales team and resort operations, ensuring seamless execution of site visits and a cohesive guest experience across departments.
  • Ensure all site visits showcase the resort’s full range of amenities, experiences, and unique selling points, leaving a lasting impression on potential guests and partners.
  • Manage all administrative aspects related to site visits, FAMs, and event planning, ensuring thorough preparation and detailed follow-up.
  • Foster a strong working relationship with key resort departments to align guest expectations with operational delivery.
  • Shaping the long-term vision for the resort growth and attractiveness, considering market trends, visitor preferences, and cultural preservation.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to create and execute marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, social media engagement, and public relations, to attract a diverse range of visitors.
  • Supporting departmental revenue goals through established sales techniques, recommendations, and upsell opportunities.
  • Participate in Sales Department meetings.
  • Provide additional administrative assistance as directed.
  • Able to work weekends, holidays overtime and rotating schedules based on business demands.
  • Any other work is required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in resort sales, guest experience, or event planning preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with proven experience managing sales systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with VIP clientele and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales software (Delphi, Opera, or similar systems) Google Business and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.
  • Visually look at a computer for extended periods
  • Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time.
  • Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
