Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed talent mapping projects across different sectors to identify high-performing individuals and potential candidates.
  • Utilize various research methodologies and tools to gather data on talent pools, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational structure and talent requirements.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates and existing talent in various industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to stay informed about market movements and opportunities.
  • Support the recruitment team by providing insights and recommendations on candidate sourcing strategies.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent mapping, recruitment research, or a similar role within executive search or recruitment agencies.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with various research tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • An understanding of industry trends and market dynamics is a plus.
