What You'll Do:
- Managing the survey function
- Preparing estimates and writing proposals
- Scheduling of the survey crews
- Determining the most appropriate data collection method
- Field data preparation, record research, processing the field data, verifying the accuracy of survey data, survey calculations
- Managing the base mapping process, preparing plats and easements
- Ensuring the safety of the surveys crews
- Maintaining equipment
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Current LSIT, Ohio P.S. license is preferred
- Experience managing and directing less experienced staff
- Proven track record of increasing levels of responsibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Management experience of land development projects
- GIS and laser scanning experience
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D needed, Trimble product experience helpful
- Must be able to work with others in a team environment
Salary Range:
The minimum salary for this position is $75,000.00. Actual salary is based on the circumstances of each position and candidate, such as geographic location, skills, and certifications.
