Mpower Solar is hiring driven sales professionals to build six-figure careers in New York’s growing solar market. This is a full-time, face-to-face, door-to-door sales role for individuals who want their income determined by effort, skill, and execution.

Responsibilities

The Role

This is a full-cycle, self-generated sales position.

You will:

  • Prospect homeowners door-to-door in assigned NYC neighborhoods
  • Generate and manage your own appointments
  • Conduct in-home solar consultations
  • Educate homeowners on solar incentives and long-term savings
  • Close deals and guide customers through signed agreement

This role requires resilience, confidence, and consistent daily execution.

Compensation

Base Pay: $500 per weekCommission: $250 per kilowatt (kW) soldOn-Target Earnings: $145,000–$200,000+ annuallyUnlimited earning potential

At one 7 kW close per week, representatives typically earn approximately $2,250+ weekly (base + commission). Top performers close multiple deals per week and significantly exceed OTE through volume and performance bonuses.
