This Is More Than a Sales Job

As an Energy Consultant, you're stepping into the driver's seat of your own success. You�ll meet with qualified homeowners, educate them on how solar works, present custom energy solutions, and guide them through the process of going solar. No cold calling, no lead chasing�we hand you warm appointments. You bring the skill to close.

What You�ll Do

• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with pre-qualified leads

• Design customized solar solutions using proprietary software

• Walk homeowners through energy savings, system design, and pricing

• Earn trust, overcome objections, and close deals confidently

• Track performance and deals through CRM tools

• Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to ensure smooth installs

What We�re Looking For

• Proven closer with experience in sales (in-home, solar, roofing, home improvement, or similar industries)

• Strong communicator who can simplify the complex and inspire confidence

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive edge

• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally

• Must be able to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are available

• Familiarity with solar (or willingness to master it fast)

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and availability for in-person appointments in the DFW, TX area

• 1099 contractor position (high earning potential, independent mindset)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
