• Ensure that all installations comply with safety regulations and best practices.
• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal system layouts and configurations.
• Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure timely completion of installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in solar panel installation or related electrical work.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and building codes.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A team player with good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• OSHA certification is a plus!
