Renewables Technician – Solar Farms (Two Locations)
Compensation: $26/hr - $40/hr+ (DOE)

- Competitive Pay: Start at $26/hr for entry-level experience, with potential to earn $40/hr+ as a lead technician. Pay is determined by your technical skills and motivation demonstrated during the interview process.

Your Role:
As a Renewables Technician, you’ll work in pairs to maintain and support the operation of solar panels at our client’s facilities. You’ll develop hands-on expertise and become a versatile technician in this rapidly expanding sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of solar panels to ensure optimal performance.
- Reactive Maintenance: Address and resolve issues caused by weather or other impacts on equipment.
- Team Support: Collaborate with senior technicians and team members to maintain smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Background: Previous technical experience is required. Renewable energy experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with transferable skills from other industries.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to grow within the role.
- Team Player: Ability to thrive in a small team environment. The current team includes 10 technicians, supported by a staff of 15.

Requirements
Technical Background: Prior technical experience is required. Client prefers renewable experience, but hiring manager is open to transitioning.
Personable and Willing to Learn: Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
