Solar Consultant (RENU Solar)

As a Solar Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding homeowners through an important decision with confidence and clarity. This role is centered on building trust, understanding customer needs, and helping clients see the long-term value of solar through a consultative sales approach and strong partnership across the business.

Responsibilities

• Educate homeowners on solar solutions, savings, and financing options.
• Conduct in-home or virtual assessments to recommend tailored systems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff.

• Experience with in-home closing.
• Experience conducting in-home homeowner consultations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel throughout the Harrisburg area.
• Experience in solar or roofing sales is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
