Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)

Opening with a client for a Professional Land Surveyor with strong field and office experience.

In this role, you’ll support a variety of land development and infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania and Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in the field and collaborating with a knowledgeable, motivated team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional surveying experience
• SIT certification required; PLS license preferred
  • Must hold or be eligible to obtain PA and/or OH licensure
• Proficiency using Topcon GPS and total stations
  • Construction Stakeout
  • As-built Surveys
  • Utility Line Route Surveys
  • Topographic, Property, and Boundary Surveys
  • Experience performing a range of surveys, including:
  • ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys
• Working knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D software
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and travel locally as needed
