This opportunity focuses on representing homeowners in disputes involving solar energy systems and home improvement financing, including matters involving:

  • Hidden or undisclosed financing fees
  • Misrepresentation during the sales process
  • Incomplete or defective installations
  • Dealer fee disputes
  • Consumer protection and contract-related claims
  • Arbitration and litigation involving solar finance companies and contractors

The ideal co-counsel will work alongside an experienced team that provides substantial litigation support, allowing local counsel to focus on representing clients in their jurisdiction.
