Inspector Level 4 FAA 2nd shift 2-10pm M-F

As an Inspector Level 4 here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes. You will apply your expertise to conduct thorough inspections, identify defects, and ensure adherence to industry standards and company specifications, contributing to the overall excellence and reliability of our offerings.

You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency by maintaining high standards of inspection and quality assurance.



Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed inspections of products and components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Identify and document defects or deviations and communicate findings to relevant teams for corrective action.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in quality inspection roles, preferably at an advanced level.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment to accurately assess product quality.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
  • Experience with quality management systems and reporting tools relevant to inspection processes.

WE VALUE

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with a focus on quality control.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support process improvements.

FAA REQUIREMENTS:
