Geomatics Operations Manager

Are you an experienced Geomatics Operations Manager with experience, please read on. We are looking for a Geomatics Operations Manager professional who is experienced in managing the Geomatics department’s day-to-day operations and coordinating project needs.  You will have to have experience managing field teams and projects, managing resources for each project, making sure everyone is accountable for their projects and holding teams accountable for each project’s timelines.  This is a Full-Time Direct hire opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

• You will be tasked with being the point of contact for Project Managers and field teams that have questions on the projects.
• Coordinate crews and equipment.
• Manage Schedules and daily/weekly priorities for each project.
• Manage inbound calls/emails regarding the Geomatics department.
• Assist with proposals and job scope.
• Communicate all daily activities with the teams and maintain records of all current and future project scopes.
• Other tasks

Required

• Surveying and Geospatial experience a plus.
• 5+ years of managing teams and organization planning and execution.
• Experience in managing documentation.
• Experience in managing project expectations and timelines.
• Experience proposal writing is a plus.
