This part-time 1099 contractor role allows you to set your own hours, with general availability needed 2–3 days per week, Monday through Saturday, to accommodate shoot volume.

As our part-time Freelance Real Estate and Vacation Rental Videographer, you will create captivating interior and exterior videos, dynamic aerial drone footage, and immersive 3D scans using Matterport or 360° technology. By engaging with agents, homeowners, and hosts, you'll highlight the value of high-quality media, promote CLICK's services, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while producing visually stunning property tours.

To do this, we're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• FAA Part 107 drone license
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to and from shoots
• Experience in real estate or vacation rental videography
• Ability to work independently
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Available 2 - 3 days a week (Monday – Saturday)
• Reliable internet connection
• Eager to join our network of real estate professionals

Equipment Requirements:

• Digital SLR Body; capable of Bracketing 5+ in AEB mode
• Wide Angle Lens; no prime lenses
• Sturdy Tripod
• Laptop with either Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit, or Mac OS X
• Matterport or 360 camera
• Smartphone - iPhone 11 or a newer Android

Matterport experience, real estate or vacation rental videography experience, and prior 1099 or small‑business ownership experience is preferred.
