THE TYPE OF FREELANCE REAL ESTATE AND VACATION RENTAL PHOTOGRAPHER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in real estate or vacation rental photography and videography
• Ability to work independently
• Outstanding customer‑service mindset
• 2–3 days weekly availability (Mon–Sat)
• Reliable internet
• Valid driver's license + reliable vehicle
• A photography and video portfolio (submitted in your application)
• Experience as a 1099 contractor or business owner (preferred)
• Matterport camera ownership/experience (preferred)

Equipment Requirements:

• DSLR Body (capable of 5+ AEB bracketing)
• Wide‑angle lens (no prime)
• Sturdy tripod
• Laptop (Windows 32/64 bit or Mac OS X) Matterport or 360 camera
• Smartphone (iPhone 11+ or newer Android)
• FAA Part 107 Drone License
