QUALIFICATIONS

• FAA Part 107 drone license
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to and from shoots
• Experience in real estate or vacation rental videography
• Ability to work independently
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Available 2 - 3 days a week (Monday – Saturday)
• Reliable internet connection
• Eager to join our network of real estate professionals

Equipment Requirements:

• Digital SLR Body; capable of Bracketing 5+ in AEB mode
• Wide Angle Lens; no prime lenses
• Sturdy Tripod
• Laptop with either Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit, or Mac OS X
• Matterport or 360 camera
• Smartphone - iPhone 11 or a newer Android

Matterport experience, real estate or vacation rental videography experience, and prior 1099 or small‑business ownership experience is preferred.

PAY: This position offers competitive, uncapped performance‑based pay, typically $400–$1500 per week, along with valuable company benefits such as an employee discount and a referral program.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FREELANCE PROPERTY VIDEOGRAPHER

This is a part-time 1099 role where you set your own hours, with general availability needed 2–3 days per week, Monday through Saturday.

In this part-time position, you'll film properties with polished videos, drone footage, and 3D scans. You'll collaborate with agents and property owners, address their needs, and showcase the value of high-quality media. You'll build strong relationships, represent CLICK professionally, and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to final communication.
