Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 2
You will perform hands-on assembly and rework of electrical/electronic equipment to ensure product quality and reliability. You will impact manufacturing output and compliance by working with the production team and supervisors in an onsite, first-shift environment (typical start between 5am–8am; Monday–Friday, occasional evenings/weekends; US/Eastern).
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform disassembly, assembly, re-work, and minimum testing of electrical/electronic assemblies
- Use electric soldering equipment to IPC-A-610B, Class 3 standards and perform hand-soldering tasks
- Cut, prepare and pre-tin wires; prepare batteries; apply conformal coating, marking, and adhesive bonding
- Follow written and verbal instructions; complete work according to specifications and procedures under direct or limited supervision
- Conduct inspections of your own and others' work against drawings and procedures
- Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and adhere to 6S standards
- Assist other departments, perform additional duties as assigned, and support training/development efforts
- Maintain acceptable attendance, safety record, and comply with drug-free workplace and screening requirements
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Secondary certificate/high school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an electronics/manufacturing environment or completed OJT for at least 5 products
- Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, electric soldering gun, and inspection aids
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, regulations, and company documents in English
- Good manual dexterity and ability to perform fine finger manipulations and lift/carry up to 30 lbs
- Availability for all shifts as needed and willingness to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to pass a hands-on assessment to proceed to in-person interview

Pay Range
$15.20 - $19.00/hour
