Vehicle Inventory Porter & Dealership Photographer

Full Time – Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (or until work is completed)
Route: Vacaville, Fairfield (Vallejo, Napa, Davis, Woodland) & surrounding areas
Pay: $24.00+ per hour
(Hourly pay listed includes base pay plus per-vehicle photo payout)

About the Role

Pro-MotionPix is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory Porter & Photographer to help local dealerships showcase their inventory online.

In this full-time role, you’ll travel between assigned dealerships to photograph, video, and manage vehicle inventory using a company-issued iPhone and our in-house mobile app.

Your work ensures dealership inventory is accurate, visually appealing, and ready for customers browsing online. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in producing consistent, high-quality work.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle

  • Locate, move, and stage vehicles for photo and video sessions

  • Capture high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-provided iPhone

  • Confirm VINs and verify vehicle details before uploading inventory

  • Communicate with dealership staff to identify vehicles not yet ready for photography

  • Maintain a steady workflow to ensure inventory is updated quickly and accurately online

What We’re Looking For

No experience required — paid training is provided.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

  • Are comfortable driving automatic vehicles (manual is a plus)

  • Enjoy working outdoors in different weather conditions

  • Are dependable, organized, and self-motivated

  • Have strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Take pride in accuracy, quality, and consistency

  • Are comfortable using smartphones, apps, and technology

  • Bring a professional, customer-focused attitude

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

  • Comfortable using mobile apps and entering vehicle data

  • Ability to move and stage vehicles on dealership lots

  • Ability to work on your feet and stay active throughout the day

  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
