Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Integrator to lead program integration efforts for the Coyote Product Line. This role is matrixed to the Coyote and LIDS (Low, Slow, and Small Integrator) Program Office and serves as a strategic partner to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Cross Product Teams (CPTs), ensuring seamless program execution. As the Senior Program Integrator, you will provide high-level leadership, integration, and oversight of critical program activities to help deliver mission-critical solutions that defend freedoms and deter aggression.

You will be responsible for driving program integration, ensuring adherence to program management best practices, and advancing program execution across technical, cost, and schedule domains. A strong understanding of CDRL management, including tracking, compliance, and delivery, will be essential to success in this role.

This position is an onsite role, located in Andover, MA or Tucson, AZ

What You Will Do

  • Provide senior-level leadership as the Program Integrator, collaborating with IPTs, CPTs, and functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Data Management, and Logistics) to achieve program objectives.
  • Oversee and manage the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation, tracking, review, and delivery of all CDRLs in compliance with contract requirements and customer expectations.
  • Lead program risk and opportunity management activities to support financial performance and program execution goals.
  • Directly support and guide program cadence activities, including risk review boards, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, failure review boards, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews.
  • Drive IPDS compliance by preparing, revising, and monitoring required documentation such as gate reviews, GEM evaluations, and earned value management system (EVMS) deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain program metrics, situational awareness dashboards, and performance assessments to enable data-informed decision-making by program leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Program Office, ensuring alignment with Raytheon’s program management standards and best practices.
  • Mentor and develop junior program and functional staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Support domestic travel as required to facilitate program success.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in CDRL management, including compliance tracking, coordination with stakeholders, and timely delivery of contractual deliverables.
  • Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities across technical, cost, and schedule domains.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools, project management systems, and earned value management principles.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence at a senior level, driving program alignment and execution.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Raytheon Program Management certification at Level 5 or higher, or the ability to achieve certification within 6 months.
  • Significant experience with Raytheon’s Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), including Submittal Gate (Gate 4) and Start-up Gate (Gate 5) processes.
  • Prior leadership experience in development, production, and sustainment programs within the aerospace and defense sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and closeout activities.
  • Expertise with the PMX tool suite or similar program management systems.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
