Business Systems Analyst – Data Mapping & Reconciliation

Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a large-scale banking data integration and migration initiative. The role requires strong Retail Banking domain knowledge, hands-on SQL and data analysis skills, and experience with data warehousing and Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM). Key Responsibilities Gather and document business, functional, system, and data requirements. Analyze source and target systems, data models, interfaces, and business processes. Create and maintain detailed Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents, including transformation and validation rules. Perform data profiling, analysis, validation, and reconciliation using SQL. Identify data gaps, quality issues, mapping discrepancies, and transformation requirements. Work closely with business SMEs, architects, developers, data engineers, and QA teams. Support data migration, SIT/UAT, conversion rehearsals, cutover, and post-production validation. Ensure requirements and data mappings are traceable through implementation and testing.
