Job Title: Vehicle Inventory Porter & Automotive Photographer (Full-Time)
Location: Vacaville, Fairfield, Suisun City, Dixon & Surrounding Areas, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until route completion)
Pay: $25.00+/hour (base pay + per-vehicle photo incentives)

About the Role

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a Vehicle Inventory Porter & Automotive Photographer to support local dealerships by managing and photographing vehicle inventory for online listings.

In this role, you’ll travel between dealership locations, stage vehicles, and capture high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-provided iPhone and app. Your work ensures inventory is accurate, visually appealing, and ready for customers browsing online.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being outdoors.

No prior photography experience? No problem — we provide paid training.

What You’ll Do

  •  Travel to assigned dealership locations using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed between stops) 
  •  Locate, move, and stage vehicles for photography 
  •  Capture photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app 
  •  Verify VINs and ensure inventory details are accurate 
  •  Communicate with dealership staff about vehicle readiness and availability 
  •  Maintain an efficient workflow to keep inventory updated and live online 
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who:

  •  Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license 
  •  Are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions 
  •  Can handle physical activity (walking lots, moving vehicles) 
  •  Are self-motivated and able to work independently 
  •  Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  •  Communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service 
  •  Are comfortable using smartphone apps and learning new technology 
Preferred (not required):

  •  Experience driving manual transmission vehicles 
Requirements

  •  Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license 
  •  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 
  •  Comfortable using mobile apps and entering data 
  •  Ability to perform physical tasks (moving and staging vehicles) 
  •  Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
